Your cake artist
Angelique Etman
A Dutch cake artist and luxury pastry chef with over ten years in the wedding industry. I combine the conceptual thinking of a designer, shaped at art academy, with the flavour knowledge of a pastry chef trained in high-end hotels. I travel to Domaine le Poirat myself, deliver and style your cake table, and take on only a select number of couples each season.
